I conducted user research and interviewed some to understand what are their needs. Then I sketched basic information architecture and created a Design System with all elements, buttons, icons to be ready for the next work on the templates.

The designs were created based on the doctors' needs and feedback on how to better perform neurological and ophthalmic tests, manage the results and help the patients.

My role as UX/UI designer was investigating during the interviews and meetings the implementation of all needs and suggestions I collected from professionals and user studies to the structured, user friendly hi-fi wireframes according to the architecture developed with the engineers.
